Exploring Madrid 🇪🇸
Great location near the Royal Palace and loads of local cafes for brekkie! The staff were super friendly and helped me find a lekker local spot for tapas. Room was comfy and the WiFi was sharp-sharp for all my needs.
The breakfast options weren’t consistent. one day there was no brekkie at all. But there are plenty cafes around to sort that out!

The room provided ample closet space, perfect for stowing away luggage. The proximity to attractions meant easy access to local bars for tapas within a few blocks.
The air conditioning turned off around 5:30 AM each morning despite the heat, creating an uncomfortable situation for sleeping. Small room sizes left little space to move around, while the Wi-Fi signal was weak throughout the room, making it frustrating to connect. the overall décor felt outdated, contributing to a lack of modern comfort that some might expect. Noise from the street and nearby recycling bins disrupted the peace, especially at night, and windows couldn't be opened without letting in light and noise, which compounded the discomfort.

The location in the heart of Madrid enabled easy walks to local attractions like the Royal Palace and vibrant tapas bars nearby. Our room came well-equipped with a mini fridge and several complimentary water bottles, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy throughout our stay. the air conditioning was a major concern. It shut off daily around 5:30 AM, disrupting our sleep. Even after multiple complaints, there was no resolution, leaving us uncomfortable at night. the shower had some plumbing issues that we reported but weren't fixed during our time there. The breakfast options were quite limited, with a lack of variety, which meant we often sought local cafés for better choices. the core experience was pleasing, especially the cleanliness and helpful reception.

Good location, but noisy
I just spent 4 nights here, and honestly, the location is nice since you're close to the city but still in a quieter area. The breakfast was hit or miss, with one day having no options, but there are cafes nearby. The real letdown was the noise – you can hear everything! Kinda took away from the experience.

It was just a good match for a weekend pause in Madrid with fantastic value for money. The reception staff were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to nearby attractions. Consider visiting the local bakeries for breakfast instead of the hotel for more variety.

The staff, especially Carlos and Christian, were proactive and went above and beyond in assisting with my needs. The cleaning service was top-notch, and the room was well-equipped, offering ample space for work-related activities. Having a dedicated car park and coffee shop provided significant convenience during my stay, making it efficient for both work and relaxation after busy days in the city.
